Automated Business Machines,
Inc. services most all manufacturers' products in all of the product
lines we sell. We believe in providing prompt, friendly, quality
and value services to all customers, minimizing down-time.
Automated Business Machines, Inc. firmly believes in providing cost
effective recommendations including repair and replacement options as
the situation may dictate, enabling the customer to make the best,
informed decision. In order to meet our customers' requirements,
we provide two levels of service plans. |

BASIC MAINTENANCE & SERVICE PLAN |
Automated Business Machines,
Inc. Basic Service Plan is a labor-only maintenance and service
agreement plan. This plan is available on most models and includes
both routine maintenance as well as urgent service covering the labor
portion* of service calls, providing maintenance and urgent service as
needed with the customer paying only for parts &/or supplies on an
as-needed basis. Priority service is standard with this plan
during normal business hours. |

PAY-AS-YOU-GO PLAN |
Automated Business Machines,
Inc. P.A.Y.G. Service Option enables the customer to pay for service as
needed. Labor on service calls are charged at $150 for the first
hour (minimum) and then in half-hour increments thereafter. This
includes show-up/travel time during normal business hours, and
miscellaneous consumables. Likewise, parts and consumables (i.e.:
ribbons, ink rolls, etc.) are charged as needed to perform the
maintenance or repair. |

*Circuit/Logic boards, programming, customer induced
changes as well as labor and parts required for circumstances outside of
normal wear and usage of the machines are excluded from all service
plans.
Automated Business Machines, Inc. reserves the right to charge a fuel
surcharge on service calls as fuel pricing dictates. |
